Often at the start of a session, I conduct a spiritual cleansing to clear negative energies that may surround clients. Over time these energies build up on them and become part of their low vibration, confidence, self esteem and also attract negative results in life. Sometimes depression can also be related to the negative energies that are building up in your life.
The treatment comes in many forms, including cleansing with water, combined with other ingredients, which include teaching how to create a bath solution with different herbs and spices.
Another is the "Limpia", similar to what shamans do in South America. It involves using an egg to remove negative energies around the client's body, absorbing psychic and spiritual negativity that has hindered the person's growth and development. My technique includes activating light language alongside Limpia.
